A place where design, fun finds and family collide
Hi all…It has been far too long and I have to say sorry. Life is busy, busy and I still am in shock that Thanksgiving is over! How did that happen? We had a day full of family, laughs, yummy food and a few family “moments,” (don’t we all have those?), but most of all fun. Now it is time for the best part of the year…Christmas!!!
Now, it is a bit tricky for us this year, because we should be moving in about two weeks. Moving during the holidays may be the worst idea ever, but we are going to try to still be in the spirit and enjoy all the holiday moments we normally would if we weren’t completely disheveled and living out of boxes. So, to start off the holiday we bought ourselves a “Charlie Brown style” tree yesterday. We figured it would be much easier to transport an itty bitty tree to the new place. My kids loved decorating this tree just as much as our usual, tall fakey tree. I am now thinking our new tradition needs to always include our itty bitty tree too.
It smells like the holidays and I couldn’t be more excited.
