Mad for Mid-Century Modern {All Modern}

After my family and I took a trip out to the desert and stayed in an amazing mid-century modern rental property, it got me on a MCM kick. One of my go-to online shops for my clients has always been AllModern, so I’ve pulled together some items that could give a really cool vibe to a space.

I’m a total lover of a great leather sofa, so I thought I’d start with one that has clean lines and a warm caramel color. To help create a conversation area, I’d also bring in some lounge chairs that have a mix of cushion, wood and then that added special detail that you see in so many vintage MCM pieces. To help add ambiance to the space, a modern lamp with a mix of wood and brass is a great styling item. And doesn’t a bar cart just seem necessary in a mid-century space? And don’t think it only has to house those bar items, you can add really cool planters to it and make it a plant cart. And the finishing touch to add some “wow” is this really cool statement art. And there you have it, a MCM living room.
